Article Processing Charges

To promote inclusive international participation during the inaugural issues:

Standard APC: ₹5,900 INR ($70 USD) — Cut to ₹0 INR / $0 USD (100% Free / Fully Waived for Inaugural Issue).
Submission Fee: ₹0 INR / $0 USD (Always Free).
Waiver Policy: The standard publication fee of ₹5,900 INR ($70 USD) is completely waived for all manuscripts accepted in the Inaugural Issue (Volume 1, 2027). Should nominal charges be introduced in subsequent volumes, automated 100% waivers will be guaranteed to corresponding authors affiliated with institutions in low- and lower-middle-income economies as designated by the World Bank.
