Peer-Review Confidentiality

Unpublished manuscripts, reviewer identities, and editorial deliberations are strictly confidential and protected by role-based encryption.

Zero Commercial Sale of Data

We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade author or reviewer personal information to advertisers or external commercial marketing agencies.

Scholarly Dissemination Only

Author names, affiliations, and ORCID iDs are utilized exclusively for legitimate academic attribution and persistent indexing (Crossref, Google Scholar, DOAJ).

User Rights & Data Control

Registered users can review, update, or request anonymization of their account credentials at any time in accordance with data protection norms.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal information necessary to deliver peer-reviewed scientific publishing services:

  • Author & Researcher Profiles: Full name, institutional affiliation, academic email address, country, department, and ORCID iD provided during registration or manuscript submission.
  • Manuscript Data: Article titles, abstracts, author bios, research files, citation references, and conflict of interest disclosures.
  • Reviewer Records: Academic subject specializations, completed review reports, and internal editorial evaluation scores.
  • Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, and anonymous aggregate access statistics to ensure server security and combat fraudulent automated bots.

2. Double-Blind Peer Review Confidentiality

In strict compliance with COPE Core Practices, all submitted manuscripts are treated as strictly confidential scientific documents:

  • Editors and reviewers are forbidden from disclosing or utilizing any unpublished manuscript data, hypotheses, or code prior to official publication.
  • Reviewer identities remain permanently anonymous to authors under our double-blind review framework.
  • Rejected manuscripts and unaccepted revisions are stored securely in confidential archives and are never released to the public or third-party repositories.

3. Data Security & Indexing Disclosures

When an article or monograph is accepted and officially published under CC BY 4.0, the following metadata becomes part of the permanent scholarly record:

  • Author names, affiliations, article title, and abstract are transmitted to Crossref, DataCite, Google Scholar, and archival repositories to register global persistent identifiers (DOIs) and ensure permanent academic discoverability.
  • Direct personal contact details (such as personal phone numbers or private addresses) are never made public. Only the corresponding author's institutional email is provided for scientific correspondence.
